This flagship “Pop Up” project illustrates the Institut Paul Bocuse’s pedagogical approach by promoting experiential learning, the development of creativity, and the complementarity of managerial and operational teaching.

Since 2021, a multi-sensory immersive room of The Lab In The Bag is available to them to bring their concept to life.
